WAJ Obtains Voluntary Dismissal of Claims Against Property Management Company

After a plaintiff filed suit against WAJ’s property management client for property damages resulting from an apartment leak, Alex Joyner’s research discovered that the plaintiff had previously released the claims he was attempting to assert. The plaintiff agreed to dismiss his claims with no further settlement expense to the property management company.
